A lead sealant film is provided to ensure both highly reliable sealing property and short circuit resistance without requiring an adhesive, and to be manufactured at a low cost. A lead sealant film includes a laminate structure comprising an inner layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer layer. The intermediate layer comprises a first acid-modified polypropylene having a high melting point. Each of the inner layer and outer layer comprises a second acid-modified polypropylene having a low melting point. A difference in melting point between the first acid-modified polypropylene and the second acid-modified polypropylene is 20-25 °C. The sealant film is used to seal electrode terminal leads(3,4) of the non-aqueous electrolyte battery.
