<p>A kit for detecting neuroblastoma cells is provided to detect minimal residual neuroblastoma cells in peripheral blood or marrow blood of a patient with high sensitivity and specificity, thereby obtaining clinical information useful for a final treatment determination period and an early discovery of recurrence. A kit for detecting neuroblastoma cells through real time PCR comprises one kind primer pair hybridized with a target sequence of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)-coding nucleotide sequence and two kinds of probes and is characterized in that the two kinds of the probes are hybridized into sub-sequences of the target sequence and each of the two kinds of the probes is labeled by a fluorescence resonance energy transfer pair, wherein the TH-coding nucleotide sequence consists of a nucleotide sequence described in SEQ ID : NO. 5 and one of the two probes is hybridized with exons 5 and 6 of the TH-coding nucleotide sequence and the other of the two probes is specifically hybridized with exon 6.</p> |
