A nozzle angle controlling device of an agricultural chemical spreading machine is provided to constitute two arm shafts on a nozzle to be rotated in vertical and horizontal directions respectively. In a nozzle of an agricultural chemical spreading machine, plural nozzles are installed on a nozzle rod. Valves are installed on the nozzle rod with a predetermined space between each other. The same valve is coupled with an elbow. The other side of the elbow(40) is coupled with an arm(42) of a first nozzle frame(41). The other side of the same arm is coupled with a rubber O-ring(44) and is coupled to the inner side of a rotor(45) with a coupling stopper(46). The other side of the rotor is coupled to the arm(48) of a second nozzle frame(47). The other side of the same arm is coupled to a rubber O-ring(50).
