A coating composition is provided to improve antifouling property and moisture-proofing property, anti-fingerprint property, and washability while retaining surface resistance, diffused reflection, scratch resistance, and physical properties. A coating composition includes a photo-curable hard coating agent containing a colloidal inorganic oxide, a water-dispersible conductive polymer, an organic solvent, a photopolymerization initiator, and at least one additive selected from the group comprising an ultraviolet stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, a wetting agent, an antifouling-moistureproofing agent, and silica. A coating method of the coating composition includes the steps of: coating a base board(11) with the coating composition(12,13); thermosetting-drying the board; and irradiating the board with a light.
