The splitter i.e. diffractive optical beam-shaping element (1), has a wedge plate (2) provided on its front side, in an optical path, and an optical system (5) e.g. convex lens, provided downstream to the optical element at an optical path. The optical system arranged opposite to the unit averages speckle during a common rotation of the optical element and the wedge plate, and produces desired intensity distribution in a design limited manner. A far field (8) is rotated around an optical axis (9), and zero order (4) is separately formed from used orders (3).
