摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system capable of improving display image quality by reducing the errors generated by arithmetic operation relating to a display. SOLUTION: The image display system includes the image supply device and the image display device for displaying the image supplied from the image supply device. The image supply device includes an arithmetic operation means which subjects the gradation data of the image to the prescribed arithmetic operation relating to the display and performs requantization so as to be adapted to the number of the gradation that the gradation data after the arithmetic operation can be expressed on the image display device side.
