The invention relates to distributing publicity messages through a mobile telephone. The inventive method for distributing publicity messages consists in loading a proprietary software into the cellular telephone of a subscriber by an advertiser, thereby enabling the subscriber to receive publicity messages, in sending a publicity message to the subscriber and in reading said message by the subscriber.
