<p>Disclosed are compositions and methods for detecting oral and gastrointestinal cancers in a subject. Autoantigen p90 was shown to be overexpressed in oral cancer cells, and this protein, as well as its companion autoantigen p62 and antibodies directed to both proteins, can be used as markers for detecting oral digestive and other cancers in a subject at an early stage.</p> |
