<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor hood capable of removing dust attached to a filter without using wind pressure or outside wind of a ventilation fan and further without performing maintenance of the filter by an user. <P>SOLUTION: This outdoor hood is provided with a cylindrical portion 5 inserted into a duct 4 disposed in a wall 1 and communicating the inside 2 and the outside 3 of a room, a main body 8 disposed on an outer wall 6 and having an opening portion 6 approximately at its center, a hood 9 having an opening at its lower part, and the filter 10 and a shutter 11 disposed in the cylindrical portion 5, the shutter 11 is positioned at a windward side of the wind in the ventilating direction with respect to the filter 10, and rotatable on a shaft 12, and a hitting member 14 is disposed on a face at a filter 10 side, of the shutter 11, so that the hitting member 14 hits the filter 10 when the shutter 11 is in an opened state by pressure difference in the cylindrical portion caused by opening and closing of a door of the room to get rid of the dust attached to the face of the filter 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
