PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which has a function of softening excrements or stimulating the intestine of a user by injecting washing water into the anus to urge defecation. SOLUTION: A water leading pipe (6) which recedes rearward in a storage mode and is changeable into a usable mode when advanced frontward has a jet nozzle (11) erected upward from the tip thereof. The tip of the jet nozzle is formed like a semi-spherical shape, and has an ejection port (12) formed therein. When the sanitary washing device is used, the water leading pipe (6) is maintained in an advanced state, and the jet nozzle (11) is opposed to a lower portion of the private parts of the user, so that washing water is ejected in this state to wash the private parts. On the other hand, if the user has difficulty in defecation due to constipation, the water leading pipe (6) is shaken to raise the jet nozzle (11) at the tip thereof to be inserted into the anus, and the washing water is injected from the ejection port (12) into the intestine to moisten excrements or stimulate the intestine to urge defection.
