PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glucagon-like peptide 2(GLP-2) derivatives. SOLUTION: GLP-2 peptide fusants having an extended in vivo half-life, for the treatment or prevention of gastrointestinal disorders or diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease and other gastrointestinal functions of any segment of the gastrointestinal tract, from the oesophagus to the anus). And gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting substance derivatives are provided, wherein the gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting substance contains GLP-2 peptide having gastrointestinal tissue growth promoting activity, analog or fragment thereof, and reactive factor bonded to the peptide, and the derivatives can form covalent bond in vivo with functional groups on blood constituents.
