PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater floating body floating underwater in a container. SOLUTION: The underwater floating body is formed by printing a pattern of humankind, fish, an animal, a plant, a toy, or the like, cutting it out in its form, bonding a lead line to the upper part, bonding a floating implement further to the upper part, bonding a weight to the lower part, and pouring water into the container so as to be submerged for appreciation and enjoyment.
