PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail for concrete capable of firmly securing an object to be fitted to a concrete wall surface. SOLUTION: In this nail, an oval end shaft part 2 is formed continuously with the small diameter end of a tapered shaft part 1 reduced in diameter toward the end. A lock shaft part 4 is formed continuously with the large diameter end of the tapered shaft part 1. A head part 5 is formed continuously with the end of the lock shaft part 4. The lock shaft part 4 is so formed that tray-shaped slip-off prevention projections 4a having a large diameter end on the head part 5 side are arranged continuously in the axial direction. The object B to be mounted is secured by driving the nail into a prepared hole 10 formed in the wall surface. The slip-off prevention state of the nail is maintained by the fitting of the outer peripheral surface of the tapered shaft part 1 to the inner peripheral surface of the prepared hole 10 and the engagement of the edges e on the outer peripheries of the slip-off projections 4a to maintain the secured state.
