PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker for acoustic reproduction which has a magnetic circuit and a diaphragm, and is compact and stable and also is excellent in low-frequency reproducing capability. SOLUTION: Provided is the speaker which can achieve stable low-frequency reproduction and generate high output although being compact by suppressing an influence of rolling of a weight ring accompanying vertical movements of a voice coil during speaker driving by disposing the weight ring 6a between the diaphragm 3 and a damper 5 on the outer periphery side of a voice coil 4.
