PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case where a browsing user of a blog site of an article to which a document or the like involving movement or deletion sets a trackback receives unexpected inconvenience by such movement or deletion. SOLUTION: A period management part 16 controls the deletion or transfer of the article in reference to period management information stored and managed in a period management database 17, and transmits prenotification of the deletion or the transfer of the article to a trackback destination of the article. A period management record managed by the period management database 17 includes an identifier of the article (the document) of a trackback source, a network address (a URL), a distinction between the deletion and the transfer, time of the deletion or the transfer, and transfer destination information (a URL) in performing transfer. The period management part 16 takes out the period management record wherein timing to perform the prenotification arrives, generates trackback notification with the article as the trackback source, with the trackback destination as the trackback destination as it is, and transmits it to a blog server 100 of the trackback destination through a trackback notification transmission part 13.
