The drive has an axle bearing that transmits the energy of pedal waiting movement into rotation movement of rotation body of a cabasa (H) over a rotation axis (A), so that the stepping of a step-plate (B) of the pedal drives the rotation body of the cabasa. An outer chain body of the cabasa is fixed against rotation movement of the inner rotation body. A fixing device (D) disconnects a free wheel during waiting movement of the pedal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fixing lug for an outer chain part of a cabasa (2) up and down-mechanics provided at a rotation axis (3) thread insert provided at a rotation axis.
