<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit for attaching a wiring harness capable of preventing stress at the time of crimping a wire from being applied to a substrate directly and protecting the substrate or a wire crimping place from external forces surely. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic unit for attaching a wiring harness is provided with a substrate 20 carrying electronic parts 21, a housing 10 housing the substrate 20 and formed of a rigid material, crimping terminals fixed in the housing 10, connected electrically to a circuit on the substrate 20 and enabling to crimp wires W of the wiring harness from the outside, and covers 15 and 16 provided integrally with or separately from the housing 10 and covering the substrate 20 and the wire crimping place corresponding to the crimping terminals 22.
