PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional panel with excellent design, which can be easily mounted on a wall surface. SOLUTION: This functional panel 1 is composed of a panel body 1 for being mounted on the wall surface. The panel body 1, which is formed from a casting, comprises a decorative portion 2 which is formed in such a shape as to employ a flowering plant as a motif, a skeleton mounting portion 3 for being fixed to the wall surface, and a mailbox mounting portion 4 for mounting a mailbox on the front side. The skeleton mounting portion 3 and the mailbox mounting portion 4 are each formed as an approximately flat surface, and arranged in such a manner as to be close to each other. The decorative portion 2 is formed in such a shape as to be elongated toward the outside from the skeleton mounting portion 3 or the mailbox mounting portion 4, and a mounting portion 6 for a doorplate or an intercom is formed. The mounting portion 6 is formed in a position where the doorplate or the intercom does not interfere with the mailbox 10 mounted on the mailbox mounting portion 4, when the doorplate or the intercom is mounted.
