<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing system, and an image processing program which are capable of improving the retrieval precision of an image log. <P>SOLUTION: When a job acquisition part 10 acquires a job indicating processing of image data from an application 22 or the like, a processing information acquisition part 12 analyzes the job to acquire processing information about processing contents of the job after an image data output part 18 executes the job. An image format determination part 14 determines the image format of log image data on the basis of the processing information. A log image generation part 16 generates log image data on the basis of the image format determined by the image format determination part 14.
