The pump (1) has a fuel pressurization chamber (5) to pressurize fuel based on reciprocating movement of a piston (4). A cam chamber (14) houses a cam (3), and is connected with a mounting section (13) of a shaft. A passage (15) connects a storage section and the cam chamber. A one-way valve (25) is arranged in a lubricant circulation passage (16), and includes the cam chamber, the passage (15) and the mounting section. The mounting section is lubricated by a lubricant flowing through the lubricant circulation passage.
