PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone marrow drill that quickly samples bone marrow fluid from a donor by a bone marrow perfusion method. SOLUTION: The bone marrow drill is provided with an inner needle equipped with a cutting blade 4 at its tip and a shank at its rear part, a mantle tube 3 detachably installing the inner needle therein so that its leading end 2a and rear part can protrude from the mantel tube 3, and a lock mechanism that controls the relative rotation of the mantle tube 3 and the inner needle on the axis. The inner needle has a groove 5 formed at its leading end 2a protruded and exposed from the mantle tube 3 for discharging things cut off with the cutting blade 4 of the leading end 2a. The mantle tube 3 has a cutting blade 15 formed on its leading edge, and a helical groove 16 is formed starting from the leading edge of the mantle tube 3 over its circumferential surface at least in part and connecting to the groove 5 of the inner needle.
