PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a zipper end part which can appropriately form the part by preventing the occurrence of a hole or breakage when the zipper end part is formed by crushing it thinly. SOLUTION: The zipper end part forming device 40, having a molten/press-bonded crushed part produced by crushing an engaged projection and an engaged recess, at a position to be the end part of the zipper formed by cutting a zipper tape G in a prescribed length is provided with an ultrasonic end part crushing device 43 which has an ultrasonic head 43a, an anvil 43b which are arranged oppositely with the delivered zipper tape G placed between them and applies ultrasonic oscillation to the zipper tape G to form the crushed part, and a zipper supply device which applies constant tension to the zipper tape G when the zipper tape G is delivered and supplies the zipper tape G so that tension is not applied to at least the crushed part when the crushed part is formed.
