PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case for a game machine, in which opening of an upper lid of the board case for a game machine can be easily detected. SOLUTION: In the board case 1 for a game machine, a seal member 13 is provided with a connection part 132 to be inserted into connection holes 131a and 131b for connecting the upper lid 12 to a case body 11, a paint container part 134 containing paint 133, an engagement piece 135 engaged to the periphery of the connection hole 131a at one end of the connection part 132, and a lid part 136 to close the opening of the paint container part 134 at the other end of the connection part 132. With the upper lid 12 connected to the case body 11 by the seal member 13, force F1 necessary for the connection part 132 and the lid part 136 to be released from the paint container part 134 is set to be smaller than force F2 necessary for the engagement piece 135 to be released from the connection part 132, or broken.
