The device has an autonomous assembly (E) operating a drawing assembly and comprising electric motor block (40A) e.g. brushless synchronous motor blocks. An annular joint (80A) is made of elastic material. The drawing assembly is formed of distal connecting rods, oscillating levers, proximal connecting rods and pivots. An electric circuit (54A) transmits electric power to the block. The assembly (E) has a support (51) placed at the proximity of the block. The circuit is mounted on the support. The support has cooling pipes (51D, 51E) discharging coolant e.g. water.
