A home network system for measuring and monitoring power of a home is provided to monitor various home gauge related states including power monitoring of a home and transmit the monitoring result remotely. A home power monitoring unit(2) is configured to install a power monitoring circuit(100) in a line breaker(10). The home power monitoring unit transmits various power monitoring data measured by the power monitoring circuit in relation with current, voltage and insulating resistance states of a home power supply line to an upper unit. A home server terminal(4) is connected each gauge within a home, and stores gauge values received from each gauge and the various power monitoring data received from the home power monitoring unit in a memory. The home server terminal displays a home public utility charge gauge state including a home power monitoring state on a display unit(52) by using the stored information of the memory according to a display request for home public utility charge gauge state which includes power monitoring and is received from a home user. |
