A coin number lock is provided to fasten a bicycle or a motorbike to a rack securely by inserting a coin and setting a password. A coin number lock comprises first and second lock units(A). The first locking unit includes a main body(2), a coin insertion part(4), a release button(6), a dial unit(8), and a locking unit(9). The main body has a through-hole(20) and a slit(22), and is fixed to a bicycle rack. The second locking unit is inserted in the though-hole. The coin insertion unit has a tray(42) on which a coin is loaded and slides into the slot of the main body. The release button unit includes an operating member(62), a button(64), and a stopper(66). The operating member protrudes when the coin insertion unit is inserted. The button lifts when the operating member is released. The stopper fixes the inserted coin insertion unit. The dial unit interlocks with the insertion of the coin insertion unit, and has a plurality of number dials(83). A password is set at the dial unit. The locking unit locks and unlocks the second locking unit by interlocking with the number dial. The second locking unit includes a box and a locker. The box is installed at another bicycle stand. The locker is provided with a hooking groove at the front end, and inserted in the box.
