METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC IMPLANT HAVING A POROUS SURFACE AND THE IMPLANT MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

A method for manufacturing a ceramic implant and the implant manufactured by the method are provided to maintain beauty even in retraction of gingiva and to prevent bone loss by elution of metal ions, by using ceramic as a main material. A method for manufacturing a ceramic implant having a porous surface comprises the steps of: forming a molded product by molding ceramic powder in a regular shape(S1); forming a pre-sintered product by pre-sintering the molded product at a high temperature(S3); generating slurry solution by mixing distilled water, ceramic powder, and a pore generator(S5); depositing the pre-sintered product in the slurry(S7); and forming a pore by finally sintering the deposited pre-sintered product at a high temperature and dissolving or volatilizing the pore generator in the slurry(S9).
