A manufacturing method of an instrument panel of two tone colors using vacuum forming is provided to improve product value through a luxurious car interior by separating a skin of the instrument panel up and down and foaming on the skin. A manufacturing method of an instrument panel of two tone colors using vacuum forming comprises the steps of: vacuum forming an upper skin(110) and a lower skin(130) by vacuum pressure; preparing an upper foaming mold(370) and a lower foaming mold(350) for forming the instrument panel; mounting the upper and the lower skin at the lower foaming mold, contacting a junction part(170) together, and pre-jointing the junction line by a pre-jointing device; forming a foaming layer(210) to cover the upper and the lower skin and the junction line; pressing the upper foaming mold to press the foaming layer from above and to joint a core(250); and opening the upper foaming mold and separating the finished instrument panel.
