<p>The object of the invention is to provide a masking member which can be used repeatedly even in surface treatment having a heating process at a high temperature. In the invention, a masking member consisting of a plastic is provided, which is produced by polymerization using a metallocene compound as a catalyst or a polymer alloy containing said plastic.</p>
