A keel block device for a rail transporter is provided to increase work efficiency and to prevent accidents in advance by automatically performing a reception work of a keel block by a series of devices. A keel block device(100) for a rail transporter includes a plurality of supporting members(110), a rotation shaft(120), a bracket(130), a keel block member(140), and a driving member(150). The supporting members are installed on both sides of the rail transporter to be separated at a certain distance in a lengthwise direction. The rotation shaft is mounted to rotate horizontally between the supporting members. The bracket is coupled to one side of the rotation shaft vertically. The keel block member is received on a top of the rail transporter by being installed on one side of the bracket. The driving member rotates in a top direction or a bottom direction by being formed on one side of the rotation shaft.
