A sealing accessory (50) for cable-conduit systems adapted to be coupled to a cable-conduit member (12) containing and guiding a bundle of electrical cables, for tightly coupling said member (12) with a mechanically tightened fitting (10). The sealing accessory (50) comprises a sleeve member having a helically corrugated inner surface (56, 58), adapted to be keyed by screwing, in a removable manner, on a helically corrugated cable conduit member (12) with a congruent corrugation pitch.
