A wedge block for an anchor body of a ground anchor is provided to locate a wedge block in a wedge sheet simply and easily and to couple with a block sheet strongly without using a fixture. A wedge block for an anchor body of a ground anchor includes a horn tube(11) formed on the bottom of a metallic or engineering plastic wedge block(10), wherein a horn hole(21) is substituted for the existing tension member hole(12) of a block sheet(20) of a thick steel plate having the thickness of 5~10mm suitable for the block sheet for an anchor body.
