<p>A fire-resistant composition is provided to get meat well done by preventing flames from directly contacting with the meat upon roasting, and to inhibit a fire-resistant material from being broken or deformed during heating. A fire-resistant composition for preventing a flame of a roaster includes 20-40wt% of a heat-resistant material powder and 60-80wt% of a fire-resistant clay material. The heat-resistant material powder is obtained by mixing 30-50wt% of magnesium oxide, 30-50wt% of manganese dioxide, 5-15wt% of titanium oxide, 4-10wt% of iron oxide, and 2-6wt% of copper oxide. The fire-resistant clay material is obtained by mixing 70-80wt% of silicon dioxide, 10-20wt% of alumina, 3-6wt% of potassium oxide, 1-3wt% of sodium oxide, 0.5-2wt% of ferric oxide, and 0.05-0.15wt% of calcium oxide.</p> |
