A light guide panel for an LCD device having main and cross prisms of irregular shapes is provided to suppress an interference pattern and a Moire phenomenon by irregularly forming contours of a stripe pattern or a dot pattern. A light guide panel for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a side surface(401), a front surface(403), and a rear surface(405). The light is emitted from the front surface and reflected on the rear surface. Plural irregular random stripe patterns(410), whose widths increase more and more away from the side surface of the light guide panel, are arranged. A main prism(412) is formed to be normal to an incident direction of the light into the random stripe pattern. A cross prism(422) is formed outside the random stripe pattern.
