A lawn growing apparatus is provided to naturally supply the water for the growth of lawn, prevent water pollution caused by the spraying of agrichemicals, and dispense with the molding process for the growth and management of lawn. A lawn growing apparatus comprises: a floating body(12) which has a grooved lawn growing area(10) formed at the upper part and a plurality of water inflow passages(11) extended from the lawn growing area to the lower part; a seedbed(13) which is fixed in the lawn growing area and contains soil for the growth of lawn; and a perforated cover(14) which covers the lawn growing area is made of a transparent material. The floating body comprises a balance maintaining groove(15) formed at the bottom and a plurality of water discharge passages(16) formed from the bottom of the lawn growing area to the outside of the side parts of the floating body. The seedbed is made of cloth in the form of a thin box and has ring-shaped grips(17) formed at both end parts. Several lawn growing apparatuses are bound in a body through connecting rings formed at the side parts of the floating body. |
