A device for removing alien substances of a compressed air line is provided to improve quality of compressed air ejected by removing alien substances that have been moved together with compressed air at an end user, and to remove the alien substances by easily replacing cartridges for dehumidification, de-oiling, deodorizing, and degassing according to types of alien substances contained in the compressed air. A device for removing alien substances of a compressed air line comprises: a body having an inlet formed on one side thereof such that compressed air is flown into the inlet and an outlet formed on the other side thereof such that purified compressed air is exhausted from the outlet; a cartridge(140) mounted on the body such that the air flown into the inlet passes through the cartridge and is exhausted to the outlet; and a housing which surrounds the cartridge and is removably mounted on the body such that the cartridge can be replaced, wherein the cartridge includes an outer tube(141), an inner tube(143) formed in an inner central part of the outer tube, an upper cap(145H) which closes upper ends of the outer and inner tubes, and in which a plurality of through holes(147) are formed, a lower cap(145L) which closes lower ends of the outer and inner tubes, and in which the plurality of through holes are formed, and a screw(161) which is formed at an inner side of the inner tube through the lower and upper caps, and which is mounted on the body, wherein an adsorbent(155) or a filtration agent is filled in an inner space formed by the outer and inner tubes and the upper and lower caps.
