An apparatus for fixing myoma during myoma myotomy using laparoscopy is provided to secure view angle enough to perform myoma myotomy by firmly and deeply fixing the myoma. An apparatus(100) for fixing myoma during myoma myotomy using laparoscopy includes a main body(101), a fixing part(102), and a grip(103). The main body has a cylindrical shape and a diameter smaller than a diameter of an insertion tube. The fixing part has a conical shape, is coupled to an end of the main body, and is firmly inserted and fixed into the myoma for the myoma myotomy. The grip is coupled to the other end of the main body, and is controlled by a doctor during surgery in order to move the fixing part in the myoma for securing enough view angle inside the insertion tube.
