PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable output by suppressing an external influence exerted by an antenna etc. SOLUTION: A frequency modulator 14 frequency-modulates a carrier signal on the basis of a modulation signal S2 as a stereo composite signal to generate a modulated signal. A plurality of power amplifiers 18 and 20 receives and amplifies the modulated signal. A plurality of output terminals 104 and 106 for outputting amplified signals S4 and S5 to the outside is provided for the plurality of power amplifies 18 and 20.
