PNEUMATIC CONCRETE SPREADER

A pneumatic concrete spreader comprises a carriage on which on holders a metal vessel is installed, with loading hermetic hatch and unloading branch pipe placed in its lower section. The metal vessel is arranged as a cylinder installed horizontally on the axles of rotation one of which is connected through a clutch to a pneumatic drive for rotation of the vessel, and the second one – through a clutch as well to electric drive for rotation of the vessel. Both rotary drives are installed on holders, and at least one of the axles of rotation of the vessel is kinematically connected to the wheel of the trolley through a reducer for mechanical drive of rotation of the vessel at motion of the carriage. The lower section of the metal vessel for maximum concentration of concrete mixture near the unloading branch pipe is made pyramidal.
