PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide laminated film which has a high haze value and is given an outstanding matte tone, and to provide a method for stably manufacturing the polyamide laminated film. SOLUTION: The matte tone polyamide laminated film is provided which comprises a mixed layer containing a polyamide 6 of 3.8-5.8 of a relative viscosity by JIS K 6810 (96% sulfuric acid method) and a polyamide 12 of 1.3-2.1 of the relative viscosity at a proportion of 75:25-25:75 to at least one surface of a substrate containing an aliphatic polyamide film, and so is the method for manufacturing the polyamide laminated film.
