<p>The object of the present invention is a massive chocolate flavoured with one or more natural flavourings diffused therein by a biological material. Thanks to the preparation method employed, said flavourings are distributed within the chocolate itself according to differentiated concentration gradients, as the aroma is intimately bound (transmigrated) within the lipidic level, thus giving more structured aromatic perceptions. The object of the invention is also the process for its production and the use thereof.</p> |
