The composition is easy to apply on eyelashes. The composition is dispersed evenly. The composition deposits smoothly and homogeneously on the eyelash. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition comprises triethanolamine (less than 1 wt.%, preferably less than 0.5 wt.%); free of triethanolamine; triethanolamine stearate (less than 1 wt.%, preferably less than 0.5 wt.%); free of triethanolamine stearate; at least one wax; at least a hydrophilic or lipophilic film forming polymer and/or a hydrophilic gelling agent; and additive. Preferred Components: The fatty acid having 16-30 carbon is fatty acid having 16-18 carbon and their mixture. The fatty acid having 16-30 carbon is stearic acid. The fatty acid is present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-12 wt.% of the composition. The basic amino acid is lysine (preferred), arginine and histidine. The basic amino acid is present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-10 wt.% of the composition. The fatty acid having 16-30 carbon comprises main surfactant system of the composition, and unique surfactant system of the composition. The sarcosine derivative is myristoyl sarcosine derivative, palmitoyl sarcosine derivative, oleyl sarcosine derivative and/or stearoyl sarcosine derivative, preferably sodium palmitoyl sarcosinate, magnesium palmitoyl sarcosinate, myristoyl sarcosine and/or stearoyl sarcosine. The sarcosine derivative is present at 0.1-15 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.% of the composition. The sarcosine derivative comprises main surfactant system of the composition. The glutamic acid derivative is acyl glutamic acid or its salt and mixture, in which the acyl glutamic acid comprises acyl group having 10-30, preferably 12-22 carbon atoms. The glutamic acid derivative comprises lauroyl glutamic acid, myristoyl glutamic acid, palmitoyl glutamic acid, stearoyl glutamic acid, olivoyl glutamic acid, cocoyl glutamic acid and their alkali metal salt comprising sodium, lithium, potassium, alkaline earth metal comprising magnesium or ammonium salts and their acids, preferably sodium glutamate, potassium lauroyl glutamate, potassium cocoyl glutamate, sodium olivoyl glutamate, disodium stearoyl glutamate and/or disodium hydrogenated tallow glutamate. The glutamic acid derivative is present at 0.1-20, preferably 1-10 wt.% of the composition. The glutamic acid derivative comprises main surfactant system of the composition. The glycine derivative comprises acyl glycinate of formula (R-HN-CH 2COOX), and glycinate of formula ((R 1)(R 2) 2-N +>CH 2COO ->). The acyl group is lauroyl, myristoyl, behenoyl, palmitoyl, stearoyl, isostearoyl, olivoyl, cocoyl and/or oleoyl group. The glycine derivative is sodium cocoyl glycinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, dihydroxyethyl oleyl glycinate and/or dihydroxyethyl stearyl glycinate. The glycine is present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.% of the composition. The association of the fatty acid and basic amino acid, the glutamic acid derivative, sarcosine and/or the glycine derivative is present at 0.1-20 wt.%, preferably 0.5-12 wt.% of the composition. The glycine derivative comprises main surfactant system of the composition. The aqueous phase is formed by water or a mixture of water and at least one water-soluble solvent. The aqueous phase is present at 1-95 wt.%, preferably 5-60 wt.% of the composition. The wax is present at 0.1-50 wt.%, preferably 5-30 wt.% of the composition. The additive comprises dye, filler, fibers, antioxidants, preservatives, perfumes, fixative, emollients, thickeners, coalescing agents, plasticizers, moisturizers, vitamins and/or filters, preferably sunscreens.
