A system and method that schedules a meeting with a meeting invitee includes a database that is configured to store records associated with potential meeting participants that meet one or more pre-qualification criteria. A meeting notifier provides notice regarding a future meeting to the potential meeting participants having records in the database. A participant selector applies one or more post-qualification criteria to potential meeting participants who respond to the notice and a meeting scheduler places selected participants on a meeting schedule.
