A camera lens assembly is provided to reduce a drive force for a lens assembly by smoothly moving the lens assembly through balls between the lens assembly and a drive unit. A camera lens assembly(100) includes a lens assembly(104), a drive unit(105), and a guide unit. The drive unit is provided on one side of the lens assembly. The guide unit is provided between the lens assembly and the drive unit. The guide unit includes a pair of guide grooves(169), receiving grooves(161), and balls(163). The guide grooves are formed on one surface of the lens assembly. The receiving grooves face the guide grooves by being formed on the drive unit. The balls are received in each of the receiving grooves.
