PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal capable of requesting and utilizing steadily safe services.

SOLUTION: A client terminal 100 includes: a ticket acquisition part 105 holding a ticket including a service ID, a user ID, and a status condition; a CCV sharing part 110 which generates a CCV on the basis of the service ID, the user ID, a server ID, and a random number element; a CCV setting part 120 which holds the CCV; a monitoring part 130 which monitors the status of the client terminal 100 to generate a token including status information and a CCV; an analysis part 140 which determines whether the CCV held in the CCV setting part 120 coincides with the CCV included in token or not and determines whether the status information included in the token coincides with the status condition included in the ticket or not and generates control information including determination information and a CCV; and a control part 150 which determines whether the CCV held in the CCV setting part 120 coincides with the CCV included in the control information or not and requests and utilizes the service when coincident.
