The device has a carrier part (10) provided at sides of a body of an automobile, and a connecting component (20) held at the carrier part by intervention of an associated damping unit (38). The associated damping unit is arranged between laminar areas (22, 24, 42, 44) of the carrier part and the connecting component. The connecting component is arranged between side pieces of the carrier part, and is formed as a disk unit. Layered areas (40, 41) of the damping unit are provided between the side pieces and the connecting part, where the damping unit is made of an elastomer plastic.
