MICROWAVE OVEN FOR VACUUM COOKING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven with a sealed container composed of a tray using a decompressed and vacuum container for a bottom face in the oven, and a pressure container placed thereon while maintaining a conventional structure in the microwave oven.

SOLUTION: A large-sized sealed container resisting decompression and vacuum comprises: the tray conventionally installed in the oven; the pressure container with seal packing attached to the whole periphery of the bottom face so as to be sealed only by being placed on the tray; and an exhaust nozzle for exhausting by a vacuum pump. The decompressed container is constituted by connecting to the exhaust nozzle of the vacuum pump installed in the oven for exhausting to perform decompressed and vacuum cooking.
