PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule magnetic recording sheet for facsimile transmission, the sheet having flexibility, facilitating easy automatic transmission by a facsimile machine, transmitting extremely sharp characters or the like to a receiving side of the facsimile and repeatedly usable. SOLUTION: The microcapsule magnetic recording sheet for facsimile transmission is characterized in that: (1) the average particle diameter of the microcapsules 3 is 30 to 170μm; (2) the thickness of a solid dispersion layer 2 is 50 to 360μm; (3) thickness of a transparent sheet 1 for writing having a non-erasable information body 6 is 10 to 200μm; (4) thickness of a light absorbing coating layer 5 is 10 to 200μm; and (5) the thickness of the whole microcapsule magnetic recording sheet I is 70 to 920μm.
