The dehumidifier has an air channel (1) with a moist air inlet (2) and a dry air outlet (3), and a cooler (4) e.g. tube coil heat exchanger, arranged between the inlet and the outlet in the channel. A coolant pipeline (7) is provided with an exit (8) and an inflow (9) for a cooling medium. The pipeline is guided from the exit to the cooler, from the cooler to a pre-cooler (5.1) and from the pre-cooler to a boiler (6.1). The pre-cooler is arranged between the air inlet and the cooler in the channel, where the boiler is arranged between the cooler and the air outlet in the channel.
