<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference current source circuit which measures the characteristics of a semiconductor integrated circuit having undergone fuse trimming, maintains the post-fuse-trimming state of the semiconductor integrated circuit without signal supply from the outside, and does not generate surplus consumption current. <P>SOLUTION: The reference current source circuit 10 includes: a current source circuit 1; a trimming fuse 3, a switch circuit 2 which connects and disconnects the current source circuit 1 to and from the trimming fuse 3; an NAND circuit 4 which controls the operation of the switch circuit 2; and a pull-down resistance R1 which connects one of input terminals of the NAND circuit 4 to a GND terminal. The NAND circuit 4 controls the operation of the switch circuit 2 in response to input signals S1 and S2 and further controls the switch circuit 2 to connect the current source circuit 1 with the trimming fuse 3, based on a signal input to one of the input terminals of the NAND circuit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
